I purchased a wall mount for my LG flatscreen TV. It arrived in great condition in a timely manner and with all necessary parts. Very pleased with my service overall. The website was difficult to navigate and it was a challenge to find the correct part to go with my TV model. The instructions for installation also could have been clearer and the diagrams larger.

We bought LG C4 77 inch tv and they offered this mount as free. We scheduled handy man and found out this mount wont fit the tv. Totally waste of time.

Ordered on Dec 29 2023. Still not delivered as of March 3 2024. Online customer service refers to FAQ and email with no response. Very disorganized customer service. Recommend to purchase from other seller for wall mount.

it needs to be returned due to uninstallable to my APT. I ordered both TV and wall mount and got wall mount delivered first. and TV arrived a month after. I didnt have a chance to check how it works on my APT. and now Ive finally noticed it doent work on it. requested RMA to customer service but i was told return period already over so I cant return it well TV didnt arrive on-time thats why I wasnt able to reqeust a return. so please think carefully before you pay. it doesnt work on all kinda wall.

This mount did not work with our LG OLED EVO 83 TV OLED83G3PUA. The TV does not work with a VESA mount. Even the professional installers confirmed this. Was upset LG required us to buy this to get the free install.

I verified with not one but two LG agents this particular wall mount was the correct one for the LG 75 TV I purchased. The wall mount did not match the mount fir the TV. I requested a prepaid return label and to have the 8 restocking fee waived which was denied Extremely poor customer service experience with LG.

The mount is excellent. It connects easily to the TV and wall. It moves away from the wall and angles easily. It is very secure.

I bought the wall mount a few weeks ago and unfortunately it was not the correct one for my TV although it was well built and solid. I ended up returning the wall mount to LG without any problem.
