Disappointing product quality and customer service

We purchased our gas dryer 3 years ago along with an extended service warranty. Recently the dryer failed to dry the clothes despite additional run time and then displayed a 9A5 error code on the panel. That code equated to the word GAS. We spent an unreasonable 4-day and frustrating amount of time trying to reach a customer service agent. The automated assistant actually connected us with the same agent twice a very competent and empathetic person in Georgia who ultimately routed us to the proper agent. The authorized service technician covered by our extended warranty drove 2 hours from Philadelphia to replace the igniter on our unit. Between the poor quality of the product the poor customer service protocols and the lack of a local service technician we probably will never purchase an LG product again.

Im really sorry to write a terrible review but you asked The washer is just terrible dosent clean anything. I have tried different detergents keep in mind I have always used the same with my old washer it literarily gets nothing clean. Basic dirt from dust been moving doesnt come out I wish I had taken picture of the shirts I have had to throw away because they dont come clean. have never threw cloths away because they didnt come clean..bedding or rugs...well there will be streaks from dirt? Its like it doesnt rinse properly. So I tried the deep water...nope didnt work. Sorry but just being honest...big regrets on this purchase.

Awesome Gas Dryer

First this matches the washer combination so thats a plus. It is a compact large load quiet dryer. Its front door pulls down or swings right to open very nice feature. Many cycles and timers to choose from and os WIFi connected.

Might have saved us a house fire

We decided to replace our old dryer before needing to and we are so glad we did This dryer has a Flow Sensor and senses if the vents need cleaning. When we first used this dryer it gave us a D80 Code. At first we thought it was defective in some way but we found out a D80 code means the vent could have an 80 blockage Our house had been a rental prior to us recently buying it so who knows when the vents were last cleaned if ever. We hired a company to clean the dryer vent and it was amazing what they all got out of the vent see photo. Clogged vents are a common cause for house fires and we truly believe this new dryer might have saved us from having one From now on our vents will be cleaned every 3 years. We are thankful we decided to upgrade our dryer. . We are happy with how the dryer works. Our only complaint which is why I gave it only 4 stars is we are disappointed with the finish. We purchased the grey color and its already scratched up just from the plastic clothes basket being dragged across the top of it Thats very disappointing with the price we paid for this dryer. I would think it would have a better tougher finish. Had I known this I would have purchased the white one which wouldnt show scratches as easily. But as far as how the dryer works we are happy with it.

Good basic dryer

I needed a new dryer so I went with the LG brand based on quality. This dryer could have some better features such as a towels setting. Towels is a basic setting. I understand you can download cycles but every time you download a new cycle the old one is replaced. The quality of the dryer is good and that is why I recommend it.

As a new homeowner my in laws allowed me to select a new washer and dryer. and of course I had to pick a brand I know and trust. The LG WT7300CV washer is simply the best for us so why not pair it with the DLG7301ve dryer . My parents have had this dryer for over 5 years and it has been tried and true. I knew I would be getting a great product when I asked for this model. It is user friendly and up with the newest technology. My fianc is learning how to do laundry and this machine makes it so easy for him. The Bluetooth notification make me smile when I am at work and I see his is moving the laundry. He said its not so bad when the machines are quick and efficient. My in laws call it a high end machine but I call it simple amazing. Super quick when needing to dry large batched of laundry as well as larger blankets and towels.

Extemely satisfied with product. Not only does it perform much better than my previous dryer but when visitors come and see it they generally remark about its appearance both the color and the structure. Very satisfied.

great feature love the wifi part

bought a couple of months ago easy to load and unload doors open down or to the side. the wifi feature is nice not using all of it option just to let me know when it is done.
