It seems like a decent freezer. I've only had it up and running for a couple weeks now. Hopefully it lasts. It isn't as deep as my last older Frigidaire, but it is definitely taller, which is kind of nice so things don't get buried in the back.

I purchase this freezer on 6/24/24. On May 7, 2025, I called because it stopped freezing spoke with Nash set-up an appointment. Parts had to be ordered, called continuously to the rude rep, who refuse to allow me to speak with a supervisor. Part came in 3 1/2 weeks later called to set-up for tech to come out, came on 6/17/25 put the part on and freezer still not working. Calling to speak with a supervisor again, place on hold for over 30 minutes. Over a month without my freezer. THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had no idea how big 20 cu ft was, ordered it online. Way bigger then I thought it would be. Not use to the variable speed motor, sound really loud at times.. The door is hard to pull open and you actually move the freezer, which means it has a great seal on it. It had a dent on the left side, so I touched it up with white paint. It is sitting happily in our dining room. Bought a frig for our former home several years ago that was your brand so that is why I bought the freezer.

New Upright Freezer

Recently had to replace our freezer. We had a Frigidaire before and it was great so decided to give another one a try. The new freezer was delivered and all seemed good. Then went to fill it up after it got to temperature. The interior light doesn't work. Called to find out what to do and was told to contact Home Depot since it was within the first 48 hours. Home Depot is going to bring out a new one. So far everything seems fine with the freezer except the light. My first Frigidaire was better with the layout of the space but we will give this one a chance. Problem I have so far has been the delivery and not necessarily the appliance.

Bought as a replacement for a five year old GE - the defrost coil connector shorted and could not be repaired as the wires were too short. So that old one was a disappointment. This new unit went to -10F quickly at the mid setting and is holding there. Have had no problems with it so far and am very pleased.

This was the only freezer I could find that would fit in my available space. It is a bit smaller than my previous freezer so that is an adjustment. It does work. It took it longer to get to zero than I had hoped. And of course we had to downsize our freezer contents, but that is not the fault of the freezer. Having to avoid the evenflow piece inside the freezer was a bit inconvenient as well.

This freezer replaced a 12 year old standalone freezer. There were some pleasant surprises involved with this new freezer:1. The price for this freezer was very reasonable - it would have been reasonable even before the Memorial Day discount, but all the more so at the reduced sale price.2. The installation took all of just ten minutes, including unhinging and rehinging one of the three doors that the delivery crew (two very strong, professional, and friendly guys!).3. Reading the annual energy consumption tag totally floored me, just thirteen cents daily for this huge machine to which we give so much responsibility.
