I purchased it about 2 weeks ago and have not yet used the oven, but we use the microwave every day and love it so far. It is much quieter than our prior model, the light inside is bright and it heats to your expectations. We also love the settings on the quick start options.

Bought because it™™s a 27 inch with a side opening microwave door. Annoying things so far:No roasting pan includedFitting instructions don™™t tell you how to take the door off. That™™s buried in the manualAnti tip screws should have an option to fit from the front. Screws provided are stupidly short and it™™s hard to get a screwdriver on themMicrowave clock is super bright. It™™s like a night light. Would like to be able to dim it or turn off. And it™™s a different font from the oven.

The motor, the tray and the plastic circular support were possible causes, isolated to the last. no spare available so the entire unit was replaced after much trouble andback and forth over 4 more months

Love the Sleek design, the microwave is super quiet with nice LED type lighting. Also love the digital display on the oven that shows the countdown of the preheat and most of all I can select a ™half hour™ on timer instead of just by the hour!!

We originally had a GE product, went out so to fit in our cabinet we had to go with Frigidaire model. Let me tell you: so much quieter, quicker heat up, more appealing to the eye on design front. Just SO MUCH BETTER. Thank you for this model. It works perfectly and we are super happy with it's performance.

I don™™t usually comment on products but this has been like a bad dream. We ordered February 2023 and finally received in April 2023. The lower element has never worked. Couldn™™t get a tech out to fix it. Finally got someone in January of 2024. Told us the main board needed to be replaced. About 3 weeks later a tech came and replaced the main board and the lower element and it still wouldn™™t work. Said he™™d contact the warranty dept which he didn™™t do. We have to call them, which I did today but Frigidaire was too busy to take my call. So here we are. Over a year and $3,000.00 later and we still have a brand new microwave/oven combo without a working oven.

Unfortunately, the electric wall oven could not be connected. The existing electrical outlet must be removed by an electrician, and the oven is to be hotwired into the wall. This is necessary in order to provide space for the oven to fit within the wooden cabinet.

The box arrived with screws loose and on the bottom of the carton. We couldn™™t find where they fell from so we installed the unit. Now the microwave rattles like a baby rattle. It™™s so annoying. Don™™t buy a Frigidaire product. I thought we got a deal but we were taken for a ride. The add video doesn™™t work or you could hear this POC rattle like a race car motor.

After owning this product for 3 years I can say with absolute certainty you should not buy this product. From day 1 the oven has not been able to hold a temperature and my food is never cooked correctly, always underdone or burnt. I have had a technician come out to look at what is wrong with the oven and was told it is ™fine™ when I know it is in fact not fine. The microwave works fine for now but the oven is not good.

Four months after the oven/microwave combo unit was finally delivered the microwave stopped working. Four months! Luckily it is still under warranty, so we are waiting for the control board that supposedly caused the problem to be installed. Hopefully it works a little longer before it stops working next time because we like it when it is working.
